Driving Lane Event is a Usage Policy Event, Traversal Policy Event, Surface Change Event or Obstacle Event

There is no way of knowing if this is a complete or adequate categorization of lane events that pertain to driving. But these do seem to be the primary occurrences that impact individual Driving Lanes up ahead of the Ego Vehicle.
