These commands manage Chatot's response to messages it detects as spam. Chatot supports 2 methods of detecting spam:

• Method 1: Sending the same message to 3+ channels in quick succession
• Method 2: A honeypot channel, wherein any post is considered spam

This command has multiple subcommands:

• config spam settings -- Chatot's behavior when it detects spam (turns on Method 1)
• config spam honeypot -- Configures the channel to monitor (turns on Method 2)
• config spam disableall -- Disables all spam detection
• config spam disablehoneypot -- Removes the honeypot in favor of tracking messages (Method 2 -> Method 1)
