  2. Choose Create an account, or Sign in if you already have one.
  3. For a new account, enter your name, email, and password.
  4. Confirm your email if requested.
  5. Return to the app and sign in if needed.
  6. Create your family.
  7. Open People & access to add swimmers.

See Parent Guide for more details.

Family & friends

Family members can follow assigned swimmers and send cheers.

Ask the parent for the family code before signing up.

  1. Choose Family & friends.
  2. Choose Create an account.
  3. Enter your name, family code, email, and password.
  4. Confirm your email using the message in your inbox.
  5. Return to the app and sign in if needed.
  6. Wait for the parent to approve your request and select your swimmers.

If you see Join your family, enter your name and family code, then choose Request access.

After the parent approves you, choose Check approval, or sign out and sign back in.

See Family Access for more details.

Swimmer

Swimmers use a parent-provided QR code or pairing code to connect their device.

  1. Ask the parent to open People & access.
  2. Have them choose Connect kid device beside your name.
  3. Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and open the link.
  4. Alternatively, choose Swimmer on the app's opening screen and enter the pairing code.
  5. Complete the connection.

Pairing codes work once and expire after 10 minutes.

Use the swimmer's device, signed out of the parent account.

See Swimmer Guide for more details.

Why the app remembers your login screen

The app remembers the last login option used on that browser.

If you are already signed in, it may open your page directly.

Use the back control on the login screen to return to the three choices. Sign out before changing accounts.
