Assorted Seasoning is an ingredient that is used for a few recipes. It was added in Version 1.2 (Thirst Quencher Update).

It was added to fill the purpose of whatever real world spices would've been required for said recipes, as the technology for actually adding individual spices to Minecraft hasn't yet been created for datapacks (as of writing).
