Were you looking for materials.txt: Properties Administrator?

##Overview

The mandatory Admin setting indicates which member of your Administration staff should perform the research.

##Syntax

    Admin <entityId>

Where <entityId> is the id of a entity defined in materials.txt.

The entity definition in materials.txt must contain at least the following settings in its definition block (to make them a proper Administrator):

• Name <entityId>
• Properties Entity
• Properties Staff
• Properties Administrator

For bonus points, give the fucker a Clipboard, because it's a major status symbol amongst administration staff and they will love you long time for it:

• Equipment Clipboard

    Admin Foreman

##Notes

In order to complete the research the player must not only spawn the specified entity, but they must also ensure it has an office. Only then, and while the entity is idle, will the research be performed.
