Introduction
This page documents the assembly and configuration of a custom drone (Falcon), which had the following the requirements:
- Payload capacity: ~ 3 kg
- Flight autonomy: > 20 minutes
- Video transmission: 30 fps @ 1080p
- Teleoperation range: > 5 km
- Integration with ROS2 (Robot Operating System)
- GPS-RTK localization
- Capable of operating in moderate winter conditions
