This page is a work in progress.
Table of Contents
You can add m3u/m3u8 playlists to Threadfin by clicking New and selecting the M3U playlist type, then press Next.
Give your playlist a name of your choice, a simple description, and link to the playlist file either by file path or URL.
If you have multiple clients, you will want to set the number of Tuner / Streams above 1 (Max of 20) to allow for multiple clients to watch channels in the same playlist.
If you wish to use a HTTP Proxy for the playlist, you can also add the IP and Port numbers here as well.
Finally, you can press Save to add the playlist to Threadfin.
Optionally, if you have an XMLTV EPG file, you will want to add that now. Steps for that are in the XMLTV Files wiki page.
If you do not have an EPG for your playlist, you can use the Threadfin Dummy EPG later in the Mapping stage. Your next step after adding the playlist in this case would be to head to the Filter tab, explained here: Filters
