Mapping - marcelGoerentz/Threadfin GitHub Wiki

This page is a work in progress.

Table of Contents

Channels within Playlists that have appropriately set up XMLTV EPG files should be automatically enabled for you, marked by a green vertical line to the left of the channel number. You can choose which channels you want to be active in this page by clicking the desired channel and checking or uncheking the Active check box. Bulk editing is also possible, allowing mass enabling/disabling of multiple channels at once.
Disabled channels will be listed below, marked by a red vertical line to the left of the channel number. You can reactivate and modify these channels at any time that you choose.
If your Playlist did not come with an XMLTV EPG file, you can try setting the channel to use the Threadfin Dummy EPG. Simply click on the channel you want to enable and select Threadfin Dummy in the dropdown section for the XMLTV File.

Once your channels are mapped and you are happy with them, you can click on Server Information in the top right of the Threadfin GUI and find your DVR IP, M3U URL and XMLTV URL to be used with your preffered IPTV player.
You can also retrieve the same information by using the API as explained in the Threadfin API wiki page under Getting the Status.
