Settings

The Settings screen provides access to all app configuration.

Servers

Manage Transmission, qBittorrent, and local connections. See Connection Setup and Multi-Server.

Server Configuration

Control server-side settings such as speed limits, seeding rules, queue sizes, and peer discovery. Availability varies by client. See Server Configuration.

Directories

Manage saved download directories (global and per-server). See Download Directories.

Search

Configure Jackett or Prowlarr integration for searching torrents. See Search. This is a Pro feature.

Security

• Biometric Lock - Require fingerprint or face authentication to open the app. Uses the device's built-in biometric authentication.

Theme

Choose the app's appearance:

Option	Description
System	Follow the device's system-wide dark/light setting
Dark	Always use dark theme
Light	Always use light theme

The same screen also lets you choose between Remote's monospace typeface and the Android system font.

Background Notifications

When enabled, the app periodically checks torrent status in the background and sends notifications for completed downloads.
