MATT Module Settings

Show Imageless Tile

As of Foundry V12, tiles with no image are no longer visible while on any non-tile layer; enable this setting to keep them visible regardless.

Default Trigger

Select a type of trigger to be used as a default on newly created tiles. See Trigger Methods for descriptions.

Default Restricted

Default Restricted To for newly created tiles.

Default Controlled

Default Controlled By for newly created tiles.

Use Core Macro Execute

Checking this box uses foundry core system to execute a macro. With this box unchecked the Macros are Handled by Active tiles primarily.

You'll usually want to leave this off. -Crow

Allow Players

This setting allows for players to trigger active tiles when the GM isn't present. Most useful for landing pages and journals. Some Modules will keep changelogs on your behalf if a player logs in and changes something.

Some actions still require a Gamemaster user to be logged in, even with this setting active; this is a Foundry limitation unfortunately; see here.

Drop Items on Canvas

Allows for items to be dragged onto the canvas; this will create an interactive tile that adds the item to the triggering token's inventory.

Drop Item Size

Size of the tile created when dropping an item on the canvas; the size is relative to your scene's grid size.

Drop Scene on Canvas

Allows for scenes to be dragged onto the canvas; this will create an interactive tile that changes the scene to that scene.

Drop Macro on Canvas

Allows for scenes to be dragged onto the canvas; this will create an interactive tile that Runs That Macro.

Door Triggers

Allows for state changes of doors to trigger a tile.

Show Teleport Wash

Adds a wash screen for when a token is teleporting from one area to another. You can adjust the color of the screen. Useful if a player has photo-sensitivity to a certain color. Type in transparent to have it invisible.

Prevent When Paused

Prevent players from triggering tiles when the game is paused.

Allow Door Click-Through

Allows Tiles underneath a door to still be triggered if the door is clicked on.

Show Landing Highlight

Colors landings and actions within them to help display the action thread that will occur as part of that landing. This option has eight colors, your ninth or higher landings will all be gray.
