You can search direct issue bills by:
- Date Range
- Bill No.
- BHT No.
- Patient Name
- MRN / PHN No.
- Department Name
- Total
- Net Total
Understanding Results
Each row shows the bill's BHT No, Patient Name, Department, Billed At / Billed By (shown in red with cancellation details if the bill was cancelled), and Net Value. If any returns have already been made against a bill, they appear in a nested table alongside it, showing each return's bill number, date, user, and net total.
Clicking the Bill No opens the Manage Direct Issue to BHT page for that bill — from there you can view/print the bill, mark it checked, cancel it, or return unused items. See Direct Issue Return to Pharmacy for the return workflow.
