Treasure Chests can be opened and once opened may contain useful Items. Just like Doors Treasure Chests may be locked or unlocked. Like Doors, locked Treasure Chests may be Kicked open, but there are other less noisy solutions to the problem that may be better.

If a Treasure Chest is lit on Fire when the fire is extinguished the Treasure Chest will be destroyed, and any Items that were in the Treasure Chest will be left on the ground, unless they were made of Wood, Cloth, Umbralsilk, or Shadoweave, in which case, they will be destroyed.
