A Skill Enchantment grants the character wearing the Enchanted Item a Skill that would normally only be accessible via Class levels.

The Arcane Resonance generated by an Skill Enchantment is based on the level required to gain the Skill from the Class the grants the Skill the earliest. Skill Enchantments cause the Enchanted Item to generate (25 Arcane Resonance * level/2)
