Fatigued is a special state similar to a Status Effect, but instead of being caused by Actions and having a Duration, it is active whenever a character's Endurance is below 0. While Fatigued a character finds it much harder to exert themselves, they are breathing loudly, it takes them more time to act, and it exhausts them even more than usual to perform Actions.
- 100% penalty to Action Speed, and For every 10 points of Endurance under 0, there is an additional 5% penalty to penalty to Action Speed
- All Actions taken while Fatigued consume double Endurance
- All Actions taken while Fatigued generate an additional 50 Sound
