An Ability Enchantment grants the character wearing the Enchanted Item an Ability that would normally only be accessible via Class levels.

The Arcane Resonance generated by an Ability Enchantment is based on the level required to gain the Ability from the Class the grants the Ability the earliest. Ability Enchantments cause the Enchanted Item to generate (20 Arcane Resonance * level/2)

Abilities granted by Ability Enchantments cannot be Specialized into unless the character was also granted that Ability directly from a Class.
