The widowmaker's rifle, a mod requested by SirUmney

I don't actually play overwatch, but this is a nice gun

This gun is insanely fast
Addeed ammo regen because it uses ammo insanely fast
Low recoil
Increases movement speed
30 Rounds Magazine

When Scoped:
Insanely high damage
Very slow
High recoil
Consumes 5 ammo per shot
Shots Bypasses Shields
