Basically what it is
Meant to repersent Felicity in the DAHL powersuit

High damage
Slow firerate
Explosive
Slow ammo regen

Adds (Basically) infinite shield capasity when scoped
High shield recharge rate when scoped
Completly removes shield recharge delay when scoped
Still could drain shield if you continuesly take high amounts of damage
Very slow movement when scoped
Cannot fire when scoped

Replaces carnage
