MoveResize is an internal flag temporarily used to indicate that the window is being moved or resized.

The flag prevents saved float position to be restored when the move or resize operation results in a tiled window to snap out to become floating.

Setting this flag manually via client rules will affect the togglefloating feature (making it behave like it does in a bare dwm).
