If the BarMasterGroupBorderColor functionality is enabled then the colour of the bar border (as well as the gap separators) will be that of the master group of clients.

In practice this means that the bar border colour depends on what layout is used. Comparatively the BarActiveGroupBorderColor functionality will update the bar border colour depending on whether the selected client is in the master or stack areas and what arrangement that area has.

If the BarBorder functionality is disabled then BarMasterGroupBorderColor will only affect the gap separators of the bar.

If both BarMasterGroupBorderColor and BarActiveGroupBorderColor functionalities are disabled then the bar border will have the border colour of the SchemeNorm colour scheme.
