Introduction
Welcome! This program is a lightweight and easy to use billing system meant for small businesses and small applications. It's easy to use, easy to understand and lightweight for those small business owners who don't have time or need for larger and expensive applications.
This wiki is designed as a step-by-step process to understand how to use the application. So lets get started!
Before we begin
Download the application here.
This application generates a number of internal files. So before we set up the application, create a folder somewhere in your file system and download the .jar file into that folder.
First Run
When the application is run for the first time, it will begin with a set-up screen.
You will have to enter a username, password, name, GMail EmailID, and the Company details.
The details entered create the first user, with admin privileges. When the set up is completed, a login screen will appear.
Login
Login will prompt you to enter a username and password. If they are valid you will be brought to the home screen.
Home Screen
The home screen dispays a number of operations. Once you finish any operation, you will be brought back to this screen. If you are an admin user, you will also see a user handling button. Click below to explore the possible operations.
