Welcome to the Correlescence plugin wiki!

This is open-source ImageJ plugin for different spatial/temporal correlation analysis of images (stacks and hyperstacks). It includes 2D cross-correlation for stacks and 1D/2D STICS analysis. The plugin is in active development, some parts will appear and disappear.
