We do not have a separate paper for this plugin, it is constantly under development.

Therefore there are two ways to do it, depending on a journal policy:

  1. You can cite it by providing a direct link to the code/repository, pointing out the version that you used, like this:

"drift correction was performed using Correlescence v.X.X.X plugin for ImageJ (https://github.com/ekatrukha/Correlescence)."

and specify the parameters used.

  1. Alternatively, you can use Zenodo DOI for the link to the specific release:
