How to install plugin - UU-cellbiology/Correlescence GitHub Wiki

To install the plugin in ImageJ/FIJI:

• download and copy the latest version of Correlescence (jar file in any Release detail) file into the jars or plugins folder of your ImageJ/FIJI. (for example, in Windows look for C:\Program Files\ImageJ\plugins)
• restart ImageJ/FIJI
• plugin will appear in the Plugins menu
