IndustrialCraft 2 Classic (IC2C) allows you to use your useless cobblestone that you've been collecting for ages in a Recycler; you can also use it, and other stones, in a Rare Earth Extractor!

The Rare Earth Extractor, created from 4 Glowstone Dust, an Extractor and a Recycler, allows you to extract Rare Earth Dust, a newly introduced item, from a variety of natural resources; each of these resources have different "Points", and the needed amount of that item to successfully create a Rare Earth Dust. Better materials create better points, thus create more Rare Earth Dust. Alongside this, different types of resources can be inserted, and can create varying "needed resources" numbers; Ex. you can insert 5 Obsidian to get ~1/2 full, then Cobblestone for the rest.

The Rare Earth Extractor is a Low-Voltage Machine, and can accept up to 32 EU/t. When it receives 33+ EU/t, the Rare Earth Extractor will explode. The Rare Earth Extractor has no upgrade slots, and can not be upgraded with Overclocker Upgrades, Transformer Upgrades, Import/Export Upgrades, etc. - the Rare Earth Extractor also has no Advanced Machine version.
