Electrolyzers added by IndustrialCraft 2 Classic (IC2C), are slow. The Charged Electrolyzer can make that process go faster!

Crafted from 7 Low-Voltage Transformers, an Electrolyzer, and an Advanced Machine Block, the Charged Electrolyzer is a Medium-Voltage Machine. The Charged Electrolyzer can not accept any upgrades, nor can it connect to any machines, unison with its Electrolyzer counterpart.

Dissimilar to its Advanced Machine counterparts, the Charged Electrolyzer works very similar to its basic machine (Electrolyzer) counterpart. The Charged Electrolyzer can be connected to more then 1 EnergyStorage unlike its basic Counterpart. It will allow to draw & give energy to each of them individually to charge/discharge the Item that is in it.
Which allows to make a EnergyStorage balancer to a certain degree
