FineBuild can install and configure Windows 2003 KB937444 Filestream Fix as part of the SQL Server install process.
SQL 2008 and SQL 2008 R2 require that Windows 2003 KB937444 is installed prior to starting the main SQL Server install if you are running Windows 2003. If remote access to Filestream data on Windows 2003 is required, then the KB937444 hotfix must be applied to Windows 2003.
