FineBuild can install and configure Windows 2003 KB933789 Permissions Fix as part of the SQL Server install process.

A bug exists in the Windows routine used by FineBuild to apply registry permissions, and the KB933789 hotfix fixes this bug. If this fix is not installed on Windows 2003, the code in FineBuild that applies registry permissions will be bypassed.
