Mechanic

• Similar to landing on a Slime Block, Slime Boots nullify fall damage and make you bounce, unless you crouch.

Change History

• 3.12.0: Introduced item.
• 3.12.1: When equipped, the item can bounce when launched from portals, at the cost of only being able to bounce in survival mode.
• 3.13.0: Crouching when bouncing simply stops the bouncing and doesn't make you deal fall damage.
• 3.13.4: Improved bouncing with item equipped and reverting the change in 3.13.0
• 3.13.8: Fixed slime sound sometimes playing more than once.
• 4.5.9: You can once again bounce with this item equipped in creative mode.
• 4.5.10: Fixed slime sound not playing on bounce + made the sound quieter.
• 4.8.1: The fall damage sfx no longer plays when bouncing from heights ~4 blocks or higher.
