QIN Project: Quantitative MRI of prostate cancer as a biomarker and guide for treatment (PI Fiona Fennessy, U01 CA151261 on NIH RePorter )

Objective

  1. to develop software tools that would facilitate longitudinal analysis of treatment response in prostate cancer using multi-parametric MRI
  2. to share the results of the analysis produced by the BWH QIN project in an interoperable format to enable comparison and discovery of the quantitative imaging biomarkers of prostate cancer
