One of the main goals of the QIICR project is to deliver free open source software to
- facilitate integration of quantitative imaging into assessment of imaging data collected as part of clinical trials
- enable standards-based organization and sharing of the analysis results
- support discovery of quantitative image analysis results for the purposes of methodology evaluation, comparison and secondary analysis of the data
To achieve this goal, our goal is to develop both developer and end user tools by contributing to the following packages and projects
Extensions and standalone tools will be shared on QIICR github organization
