He is possibly the Unknown Wood Elf that lead an ambush of the party along the Sylvan Road.

He turned the Namarro'dar against the Goliath tribe.

Keenaxe (Xamal) claims he gets his power from a Fairy Queen (later revealed to be Titania), who makes him watch over the Shadow Temple.
