GM Menu (Master Menu)

The GM Menu provides functions for the Game Master. All actors of type "Player" that have been assigned to at least one player with Owner rights are displayed. Characters can be rearranged or even removed from the menu.

Functions

# Function Description
1 Talent Select the talent to use for one or all marked characters, as well as group checks
2 Random Victim Randomly selects one of the characters (Right-click considers "Bad Luck Magnet" disadvantage)
3 Character Image Portrait of the character
4 Name & Fate Points Left/Right click to change the player's fate points
5 Life/Astral/Karma Points Current point pools
6 Checkbox Mark characters to include in group actions
7 Check Rolls secretly on the selected talent (1)
8 Receive Payment Creates a chat window to add the entered amount (in silver thalers) to the character
9 Collect Payment Creates a chat window for players to pay the entered amount (in silver thalers)
10 Reward AP Adds the entered number of adventure points to the character
11 Group Check Triggers a group check based on the selected talent (1)
12 Details Click on a character row to open details (purse, experience level, advantages/disadvantages)
13 Group Chips GM can award +/- for the whole group. These can be used via context menu in chat

Action Buttons

The following functions can be executed either for all characters (header buttons) or for individual characters (buttons in the character's row):

For All Selected Characters

  • Check All: Roll the selected talent for all marked characters
  • Pay All: Distribute payment to all marked characters
  • Collect All: Collect payment from all marked characters
  • Reward All: Award AP to all marked characters

For Individual Characters

Each row has its own set of buttons for that specific character.

Character Details

Click on a character row to expand and see:

  • Purse: Current money
  • Experience Level: Character's experience category
  • Advantages: List of advantages
  • Disadvantages: List of disadvantages

Remove a Character

Click the X behind the character to remove them from the menu.

Drag and drop a character or NPC into the menu. You can also rearrange the order via drag and drop.

Group Fate Points (Schips)

The GM can manage group fate points that apply to the entire party:

  • Click + or - to adjust group chips
  • Players can use these via the context menu in chat
  • Useful for shared resources in campaigns

Tips

  • Quick Access: Pin the GM Menu for easy access during sessions
  • Secret Rolls: All rolls from the GM Menu are hidden from players by default
  • Bulk Actions: Use checkboxes to select multiple characters for bulk operations
  • AP Tracking: Use with the AP Tracker for comprehensive tracking
