Before I wrote the article that you are now reading (prior to DPv0.11.1), nobody knew about this item. Almost nobody. Because it's just a stupid stick.

It enables you toggle the mode of the sides of a Dimensional Pocket, though. Just like the Nether Crystal. But it isn't nearly as expensive. But it's also not as shiny.

The Pocket Wrench is literally just a stick that was renamed to "Pocket Wrench" using an anvil.
