This is arguably the most usefull item in the mod. First of all, it's awfully expensive. Isn't that nice? But aside from that, here's what you can do with the Nether Crystal:

Usage

When you hold the crystal in your hand, you will see colored markings on each side of a Dimensional Pocket, so that you can easily make out which side is which on the inside of the Pocket.

If you use the Nether Crystal on a face/wall of a Dimensional Pocket, you will toggle whether or not stuff can be transfered into and out of the pocket through that side. If you want to know what that transfer stuff is about, look on the wiki page of the Dimensional Pocket itself.

Inside of a [Dimensional Pocket]] you will see a so called [Connector on each wall. If you sneak and right click anywhere on a wall inside of Pocket, you will move the Connector of that wall to where you just clicked.

Rumor has it that there's a much cheaper way to configure the Connectors on a Dimensional Pocket. There's probably a page about it on this wiki somewhere.
