I have been banned from the X server. What is your website?
The users of the TeknoMW3 Discord and Forum, especially Staff and Admins, are not affiliated with or responsible for any servers in the game.
Only the server owner or the clan who is hosting the servers is responsible for actions taken there.
To contact them in case of a ban or something else, try finding the specific Discord server or Website and don't ask here for help.
How can I find the DEMO? I need it to appeal a ban!
First of all, remember to have ACTIVATED that option. Open the game, go to Options and in Video you get Theater Recording...this should be in Enabled (Image).
Once you have that, every time you play the game the demo starts to be recorded (if you quit with Alt + F4 or things like that, the demo probably won't be saved).
Not all files are edited/saved in the same way...maybe you can edit all camouflages without problems (with the same settings), but then you try to edit a wall texture and it doesn't let you.
How can I install textures / skins / camouflages?
I will use as example the Scar-L | Red Hex Redux, which was made with Option A (let's pretend that he gave 3 .iwi files only).
Maybe it's helpful if you read first and do it later.
We edit the IWD-Generator.bat to modify z_xxx.iwd XXX for the name we want our IWD to have, and the name of the folder to add to it.
In this case: z_Scar-L-RHR.iwd images
We start the IWD-Generator.bat and that's it, we will see that a z_Scar-L-RHR.iwd has been created containing a folder named images and inside it the 3 .iwi we put.
Now we must move our z_Scar-L-RHR.iwd to the main folder of the game and everything would be finished.
We open the images folder, move our weapon_scar_l_col.iwi and weapon_scar_l_nml.iwi inside and accept the possible prompt about replacing the files / adding them / etc.
Now we open the iw_10.iwd, go to the images folder, move only the ~weapon_scar_l_spc-r47g47b47&~6f808f9a.iwi inside and accept the possible prompt about replacing the files / adding them / etc.
And that's it, everything would be ready.
Notice
Yes, the IWD are ZIP files.
They can be uncompressed or with Deflate compression (and no password, file encryption, etc).
The reason for writing z_xxx.iwd is to make this IWD the last to load.
If you need it to be the first, you can try a_xxx.iwd.
You must respect the IWD structure, especially if you are going to create one (Option A).
Look at this image to understand it a little better.
In the IWD-Generator.bat you can copy several times the same line and edit only the folder/file to add, in case you need to add more than a simple images folder.
Use the TeknoMW3 Client Launcher, which incorporates the Unlock All option. Put it into your TeknoMW3 game folder and run it, click on Play to start the game, then minimize the game, then click on Unlock Stats in the Launcher and unlock your stats.
Now you can go back to the game to edit your classes, title, emblem, etc.
How do I unlock the Marine and Winter camouflages?
Start TeknoMW3, click on PLAY and wait for the end of Connecting to online services.
Edit your classes first.
Open BTF MW3 Elite Trainer.exe (you may need to do this as an administrator) and click on the arrows to the right.
Select the camouflage you want in Class X and click on Setta Custom Camos!
Ready. :P
How can I reset my statistics and/or delete my profile?
You must delete the dw folder (or inside it, delete all .stat files).
You must delete the players2 folder (or inside it, delete all .iw5 files).
[OPTIONAL] You must delete the teknogods.ini file (or inside it, change the value of your ID).
Obviously, if you want to save, you must save everything (.stat, .iw5 e ID).
How can I select my Title from the Launcher?
Unfortunately there is no "Preview" of the Clan Title number that we can assign from the Launcher. So my recommendation is to put the game in Window Mode (with or without borders) and use the Table below as a reference. :P
Remember that the Clan Title goes from 0 - 511, if you count from number 1 (like in the table), you'll have to subtract 1 from the final number to make it the correct one.
For example: The Spanish Flag is on Page 23 and is Number 477, but in the Clan Title of the Launcher I must put 476. :c!
Unfortunately there is no "Preview" of the Clan Emblem number that we can assign from the Launcher. So my recommendation is to put the game in Window Mode (with or without borders) and use the Table below as a reference. :P
Remember that the Clan Emblem goes from 0 - 350, if you count from number 1 (like in the table), you'll have to subtract 1 from the final number to make it the correct one.
For example: The CoD 4: MW Logo is on Page 1 and is Number 43, but in the Clan Emblem of the Launcher I must put 42. :c!
The teknogods.ini is generated once you open the game, although there are some "hidden" options.
You may need to edit these options because Launcher doesn't work for you or some other reason. :P
