Final Minecraft is a work-in-progress. Many more features are planned. All features have been carefully designed to intertwine, forming a meaningful and immersive experience. Many features are also designed to provide long-term challenges for players, increasing options for sandbox gameplay, creativity, and player-driven goals.

Elemental Aspects
Combat damage is modified by Elemental Aspects and Attributes. Players and mobs can have various Elemental weaknesses & resistances. There are 10 Aspects:
- Fire
- Ice
- Thunder
- Wind
- Water
- Earth
- Holy
- Dark
- Poison
- Gravity
Damage Numbers
All damage and healing is displayed in the world via a new text particle effect.
Crystals
Crystal Shards are rare drops from all mobs. They can be crafted into full Crystals, which are in turn used to imbue equipment with Elemental Aspects. Crystals can also be crafted into compact storage blocks. Un-aspected Crystal Blocks can be used to build Home Crystals, which are special blocks that bestow various bonuses (primarily to be used by the Jobs feature).
Calendar
The day/night system has been expanded to count days, months, weeks, and even years. The calendar is based on the FFXI system, and also features Zodiac signs that affect multiple systems.
