Troubleshooting
For the most part GoldenCheetah will just work. The majority of users will not experience issues, but sadly, for some their PC or operating system will conspire to make life difficult. Below are the most common issues we have seen reported and the workaround to resolve. If you are experiencing problems that are not listed below, or the fix doesn't work for you please post to the GoldenCheetah User Forums where we will try and help (especially if you have already tried the fixes described below).
Startup or Crashing
- Version 3.6 not starting on Windows 10
