Mod written by GitHub: Our Lord And Savior Gabe Newell / Nexus Mods: OB4MA

This mod makes it so that you can use anything that might normally have a level restriction on it, at any player level.

For example you can use an Overpowered 10 Gub at level 1 if you manage to get one somehow.

This lets you focus on stats of items, rather than when can you use it.
