Collection page
Note the breadcrumbs on the top right that allow you to go back to the Unit Details for the unit where this collection belongs.
You get to the Collection page by clicking the View button corresponding to the desired collection on the Unit Collections section on the Unit page (see Units). On the top of the Collection page is the Collection Details section showing the collection's attribute data. The bottom part of the page is the Collection Items section, which shows the list of items that belong to this collection. If you choose to edit the attribute data of the collection, you should remember to save your changes. The system will warn you if you try to leave the page when you have unsaved changes.
When the list of Collection Items is long, you may find it helpful to use the search feature accessible via the Search Items button on the top right of the Collection Items section. The Search modal that pops up behaves similarly to the modal described here. Once you have found your Item, you can use its corresponding View button to access the Item Information. You can also create a new item within this collection by clicking on the Create New Item button. See the Items page for details.
Create New Collection
To create a new collection select "Create New Collection" on the upper right hand side of the Unit Collections section (see Units).\
The link should take you to the Collection Details form where you can name the collection, give your collection a description, and indicate the task manager you will use (Jira or Trello) to manage the Human MGM tasks.
Similar to the Unit Details form, some fields are not available for the user to edit. Created By, Modified By, Date Created, and Modified Date fields will be populated with the record data when you hit save.
