Units

Units can be viewed and edited via the Unit Details page. They are created by the AMP administrator.\

Unit Details

Once you have signed-in to AMP, you will see the Unit Details form. This form is pre-populated with the data of the unit that your user account is connected to by default. 

The unit name and description fields can be changed by users; however, Created By, Date Created, Modified By, and Modified Date fields cannot be changed by users. 

Once changes are made, you should click the "save" button at the bottom of the form to save your changes. 

Unit Collections

Under the Unit Details form you should see Unit Collections. The Unit Collections section displays a list of collections that belong to the Unit whose details are shown on the top of the form. Each collection entry displays a title, a brief summary (optional), and basic data. 

Collections in this section can be disabled and enabled using the toggle switch on the right-hand side of the entry.

To create a new collection under the Unit, click the "Create New Collection" button. This will take you to the Create Collection page ( see Collections).\

When the list of collections under a Unit is long, it may be easier to use the "Search" feature. Click on the "Search Collections" button and a modal page is displayed:

To find a collection, type the title or keyword into the search box and click "Go"; the collections matching your search criteria should be listed. 

Once you have found the collection, select it by clicking the box on the left-hand side of the collection title. Make sure the box(es) you've clicked have a checkmark before clicking "Done" at the bottom of the form. 

You can also use the "Cancel button" to dismiss the Search pop-up window.
