Title

Add a title with the game version and a brief summary of the issue.
For game testers, the versions include the preview increment so add it to the Title.
Example for v0.4.7 - Alpha Preview 5:

[v0.4.7 - Ap5] Can't safely descend from the Kitchen Roof Furniture without dying

(If you are not sure about your game version, you can find it in the game's menu.)
