Title

Add a title with the game version and a brief summary of the bug.
For game testers, the versions include the preview increment so add it to the Title.
Example for v0.4.7 - Alpha Preview 5:

[v0.4.7 - Ap5] Fatal error when enter the ToyCar

(If you are not sure about your game version, you can find it in the game's menu.)

Provide a numbered list of steps that we can follow to reproduce this.

Description

Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
You can include information such as:

• The frequency of the bug (Does it always occur, or is it random? Always, sometimes, rarely?)
• For multiplayer bugs, does it happen when you are close to or far from the affected object?
• The severity, Critical, Major, Minor?

Example:

This bug happens every time I enter the ToyCar in the desert level.  
In multiplayer or singleplayer.  
I think is a critical issue because it impacts the gameplay.

Specify the platform: Windows, Linux, Steam Deck, etc.
For VR issues, include details like the headset model and the API used (SteamVR, OpenXR, etc.). For multiplayer bugs, please add whether it happened on client side, server side, or both?
