Driving Lane Initiation is a Fork Lane, Intersection Exit Reconfiguration Role, Split Exit Lane or Convergence Exit Lane

In each of these cases two Lane Divisions which were previously not adjacent become adjacent and therefore a new Driving Lane is created. At a Fork a new Driving Lane is created which siphons off traffic from an adjacent Driving Lane. An Intersection Exit manifests the creation of multiple Lanes. At a Split, two new Driving Lanes are created to consume traffic from the terminating Split Entrance Lane. At a Convergence, one new Convergence Exit Lane is created to accept traffic squeezing in from to terminated Convergence Entrance Lanes.
