Basic introductions to working in the UCSF-Wynton cluster environment. This is a great place to start if you are new to the joy of distributed computing.

This workshop will start with basic definitions for computing in a cluster environment, including types of nodes, queues and containers. We will cover how to transfer files, submit jobs and run analyses. Analyses can be simple scripts, pipelines or custom-built containers.
