In this part 3 (Gdrive) a real Pixhawk (AP/PX4) (below right in red) is used. The rest of the copter components (frame, motors, IMU, GPS, motor control, etc) are all simulated.
This section describes HITL (hardware in the loop; a real FC) simulation.
