- there was an old and discontinued collection of macros called "TDS macros" on the TDS update site
- the new collection was rename to "Fiji-Tools-for-HCS" and contains all macros from previous collection
- "Fiji-Tools-for-HCS" is devided into several application fields like Automated Microscope Tool, File Conversion, Fish Embryo Screen...
- the old "TDS macros" still can be found on the Fiji update site
- Download the latest version of Fiji and install it on your computer.
- Add the update site for Fiji-Tools-for-HCS. There is an easy (1.) and a manual (2.) way to do it:
