Portal

With our portal, we want to support local authorities and merchants. We want to connect merchants with closed stores to their customers. And we want to keep in mind, that not every merchant has a sophisticated digital strategy - or even a homepage.

Cornerstones of the project

  • Local authorities can register in our portal and get their own sub-portal
  • Within each local authorities' sub-portal merchants can register
  • Merchants can create a profile, describe their store and their offerings
  • Customers can find merchants within a local authorities portal
  • In additional iterations, we can add e-commerce functionality
  • The project is divided into two main components
    • The customer-facing site is based on Shopware
    • The merchant / local authority facing site communicates via APIs to Shopware
