• desktop: Right click on Discord user > Apps > Add modnote
• mobile: Long press on username > 3 dots > Apps > Add modnote

Summary: Adds a note to a user that will show up in their modlogs.

This context menu command is a convenient way to add a note to a user's account that will show up in their server modlogs and global modlogs. Running this command will present you with a modal where you can choose the type of note (Note, Warning, Custom Punishment) and the note text. Text entered here is for mod internal use only, meaning nothing will be shown or sent to the user being noted. Essentially, it provides a way to keep a record of conversations you have with the user, or to track mod actions that may not be covered by some other logged event.

Logging of notes to a channel is supported with /config logging channel.
