IVDXVideoDecoder interface

Returns a pointer to the raw frame buffer.

const void *GetFrameBuffer();

This method is not thread-safe.

Errors may not be returned from this function (see SetError()).

A pointer to the base of the frame buffer.

The returned pointer may be different from the data pointer returned by GetTargetFormat() if the image is stored in bottom-up orientation.
