Paul and Stefania Romero are the husband and wife team behind Stefania Wineas well as the managers of several small vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains. When the Internet bubble burst, they took the opportunity to pursue a long held dream and become winemakers and viticulturalists. They planted a small vineyard in their garden in San Jose, took courses at Davis and began working towards the dream of eventually becoming full time wine growers.
